• Within the pole of IS Project Managers under the Project Performance Manager lead:- For group activities and from customer needs - analyzing, leading pre-study involving IS Managers, providing leadership & project level management in planning, evaluation, tasks definition, milestones & implementation of the agreed scope for SAP solutions. 25 000 users across international organizations. Implementation of 15 SAP projects, average budget of 1 M€, teams of 20 to 50 persons
•  Applying governance and methodology of project management
•  In tight schedules, for 3 SAP Core Systems, managing projects & commitments: Planning, Budgets and KPI
• Participating to RFP & tending, pilot subcontracting and offshoring (India)
• With multiple delivery teams, managing the resources and the risks
